Last updated: June 28, 2026
Exponent Leads is a product owned and operated by Exponent Logic Solutions Inc., a Texas corporation based in Frisco, Texas. In this Privacy Policy, “Exponent Leads,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Exponent Logic Solutions Inc. acting through its Exponent Leads product. This Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information in connection with the Exponent Leads platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Exponent Leads helps businesses run AI teams that act on their behalf, and we aim to collect only the information we need to deliver the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect information in three main ways: information you provide, information from accounts you connect, and information collected automatically.
- Information you provide: account and contact details (such as name, email, password, and business information), billing details, the content and configurations you create, and anything you send us through support or contact forms.
- Information from connected accounts: when you authorize an integration (such as email, calendar, advertising, messaging, or social accounts), we access only the data and scopes needed for the features you enable. This may include contacts, messages, calendar entries, and analytics data, depending on the integration.
- Information collected automatically: usage and device data such as log data, IP address, browser type, pages and features used, and similar diagnostic information, collected through cookies and comparable technologies.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including running your AI team within the limits and connections you authorize.
- Process transactions, manage billing, and provide customer support.
- Communicate with you about your account, security, and changes to the Service.
- Monitor, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, including developing new features.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. Connected accounts and AI processing
When you connect a third-party app, we access only the scopes needed for the features you turn on, and your AI team acts only within the limits and approvals you configure. You can disconnect any account at any time, which revokes our continued access to it going forward. We do not use the content of your connected accounts to train foundation models offered to other customers.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: with vendors who process data on our behalf to operate the Service (for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers), under agreements that limit their use of the data.
- At your direction: with third-party platforms you connect, and as needed to perform the actions your AI team is configured to take.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Exponent Leads, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and afterwards as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. You can request deletion of your account and data as described below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data and connected-account credentials in transit and at rest, access controls, and activity logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. See our Security page for more detail.
8. Your choices and rights
You can exercise control over your information at any time. You may:
- Access, update, or correct your account information from your settings.
- Export or request a copy of your data, or request its deletion.
- Disconnect any integration, which revokes our continued access to it.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link; we may still send service and account messages.
9. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable U.S. state privacy laws, such as the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access or deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@exponentleads.com, and we will respond as required by law. You may designate an authorized agent to act on your behalf where permitted.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. International users
We operate in the United States, and your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws than your own.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by a reasonable means, such as by email or through the Service. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Contact us
If you have questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or your information, contact us at privacy@exponentleads.com, or by mail to Exponent Logic Solutions Inc. (operator of Exponent Leads), Frisco, Texas.
